From conception through move-in, and a basement finish 5 years later, we have been extremely happy with our Todd Hill home. As we considered building, we met with several local builders. Although we were impressed with many, our “gut” told us to trust Todd and that turned out to be the best decision we made. He offered a level of transparency that we could not find with others. He never promised anything he couldn’t deliver. He was open and honest with us about budgetary and schedule issues. When some of the design aspects we were insistent on challenged some of the subcontractors, Todd pushed and found a solution. When we went to other builders with our concerns, they were not received with a solution-based consultation that we got from Todd.
